Police book Hooda's aide for instigating Jats
In a significant development into the incidents of riots, the Rohtak police booked Prof, Virender Singh, a close aide of Ex CM Bhupinder Hooda and a Khap leader Capt. Man Singh for instigating people to resort to violence agitation etc in Rohtak and other places.
