'Our forces are ready to respond': Iran's MB Ghalibaf dismisses Trump's warning as 'desperate move'

Amid stalled US-Iran talks in Switzerland, Trump warned Tehran of being hit "very hard" over its Lebanon proxies, while Iran's Parliament Speaker MB Ghalibaf dismissed the threat as a sign of US "desperation." Following Trump's remarks, Ghalibaf, who is also the chief negotiator from the Iranian side, in a post on X said that Iran would not be intimidated by such threats from Washington and asserted that the country's armed forces were prepared to respond if necessary.
