On cam: Andhra Pradesh govt officer slaps petrol pump staff
In an incident that brings to the fore another example of VIP high-handedness, a senior officer of the Andhra Pradesh Excise Department slapped two employees at a petrol pump allegedly for delay in filling fuel to his car in Yanam, Puducherry on Andhra Pradesh border.
