Odd-even scheme: Violators won't be spared from Jan 4, says Delhi govt
Delhi Transport and rural development minister Gopal Rai said that AAP government had allowed the first two days of the odd-even formula for spreading awareness among Delhi'ites, and warned that no violator would be spared from January 4.
