New Army Chief Gen Dhiraj Seth outlines 'VIJAY' roadmap for future-ready force
General Dhiraj Seth assumed charge as India's 31st Chief of Army Staff and outlined his strategic vision under the acronym 'VIJAY'—Vigilance, Innovation, Jointness, Aatmanirbharta and Yoddha First.
