Malegaon blasts: NIA seeks legal opinion on Col Purohit, Sadhvi Pragya
The National Investigation Agency probing the 2008 Malegaon blasts has asked the law ministry to seek the opinion of Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi if it can avoid applying the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (Mcoca) against Lt Colonel Srikant Prasad Purohit, Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur and eight others.
