Mahua Moitra meets Sonam Wangchuk, Abhijeet Dipke; backs hunger protest

TMC MP Mahua Moitra joined activist Sonam Wangchuk's hunger strike at Jantar Mantar, extending support to protesters demanding accountability over alleged irregularities in the education system. Addressing the gathering, Moitra urged young people not to be discouraged by labels, saying, ‘Your only label is Hindustani.’ In a post on X, she also criticised the government, writing, ‘His birthday cake can't be baked with the blood of our children,’ while expressing solidarity with the protesters.
