Karnataka HC raps civic body on appointment of family members to ward committees
Karnataka High Court has pulled up Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) on the appointment of family members to the ward committees. BBMP on July 19 had informed the High Court that it had constituted ward committees for all 198 wards and it has turned out that most members are related to corporators.
