Himanta Biswa Sarma’s ‘different perspective’ of Assam’s mega bridge: CM flies drone himself
Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma shared a bird’s-eye view of the Kumar Bhaskar Varma Setu over the Brahmaputra, flying a drone himself while walking across the bridge. Sarma called it Assam ‘from a different perspective’ and credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision for the state’s infrastructure. The six-lane bridge connects Guwahati and North Guwahati and was inaugurated in February 2026.
