Fire breaks out in Vaishno Devi forest; yatra suspended on new track
A fire broke out in the forest area nearby Vaishno Devi shrine in Jammu and Kashmir's Katra. The fire began on Trikuta Hills on the new battery car track. As a precautionary measure, the Vaishno Devi Shrine Board suspended the yatra through this route while the devotees were allowed to commute through the old track.
