The FBI reportedly infiltrated Gavin Newsom's inner circle by getting one of his allies to wear a wire before the Justice Department launched an investigation into the California Governor and his wife. During the criminal probe, Democrat insider Alexis Podesta, 45, secretly recorded conversations, the New York Post reports. “Alexis wore a wire, and Dana did not,” said McGregor Scott, Williamson’s lawyer and a former US attorney for the Eastern District of California.
