Exemption to odd-even 'challenged'
Lawyer Joginder Sukheeja, who filed a PIL challenging the exemption of two-wheelers and women drivers from the odd-even rule said that two-wheelers constitutes about 33 percent of the pollution in the national capital and women drivers also contribute to pollution.
