Bihar minister justifies freebies for MLAs, says nothing wrong with ‘small gifts’
When questioned about freebies worth lakhs of rupees handed over to Bihar MLAs, state transport minister Chandrika Rai said that there is nothing wrong with small gifts being given and he has accepted them.
