The Carabao Cup involves teams from across the UK, with Premier League clubs entering in Round Two and those in the Champions League or Europa League joining in Round Three. The final will be held at Wembley Stadium, and the winner qualifies for the next season’s Europa League. Liverpool, the defending champions, defeated Chelsea in the final last year. The first round of matches begins on August 14.
