Viswanathan Anand failed to capitalise on an optical blunder by Magnus Carlsen and went on to lose the sixth game of the World Chess Championship.

SOCHI: World Chess champion Magnus Carlsen beat challenger Viswanathan Anand in Game 6 of the World Chess Championship on Saturday. Now, Carlsen leads 3.5 to 2.5 against Anand mid-way through the 12-game series. The two players committed a couple of blunders during the game but in the end Carlsen prevailed.
