Kohli fell two short of his fifty after being trapped lbw off Dewald Brevis but looked unhappy with his dismissal after his umpire review was turned down.
Inspiring knocks from Anuj Rawat and Virat Kohli helped Royal Challengers Bangalore earn a comfortable win over Mumbai Indians by seven wickets in their IPL 2022 match at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium on Saturday. Though RCB earned an easy victory and moved up in the points table at third position with 6 points, Virat Kohli was apparently miffed over an umpiring decision that went against him.

In the 19th over, Kohli got hit on the pads by Brevis's first ball. The on-field umpire raised his finger and gave Kohli out, but the former India skipper opted for DRS (Decision Review System), which showed that there was a slight deflection as the ball passed the bat before hitting Kohli's pads. Surprisingly, third umpire Ulhas Gandhe didn't overturn on-field umpire's decision and a furious Kohli left the field.

Kohli smashed his bat on the ground while walking back to the pavillion. Twitterati went berserk after Kohli's outburst.
