Both BCCI and his IPL team RCB both rushed to social media 'platform X' to wish the mega star.
The man who himself is Kohli's biggest inspiration posted on 'X' for the batsman. "Virat, may you keep winning hearts with your passion and performances. Wishing you a great year ahead and a very happy birthday," said Sachin Tendulkar.
Fans are eagerly waiting for Kohli to break Tendulkar's record of scoring highest number of centuries. Tendulkar has scored 49 while Kohli has 48 under his name.
“His hunger and his passion for the game are unparalleled. I have not seen anyone who is as hungry and as passionate as him,” India's prince of cricket 'Shubhman Gill' said in a video by ICC.
