"Two bats in two matches?" An entertaining conversation between Virat Kohli and Rinku Singh before the game, watch video

After the first IPL 2024 match between RCB and KKR in Bengaluru, Kohli gave Rinku Singh one of his bats. Rinku told Kohli that he had damaged the bat the day before the match at Eden Gardens.

A video of the conversation between the two Indian players at the Eden Gardens dressing room was posted by Kolkata Knight Riders. Rinku can be seen approaching Kohli and telling him that during his batting against a spinner, his bat broke. After politely asking him to show the damaged portion of the bat, Kohli thanks him for alerting him.



The conversation in the video:

Rinku: Bhai spinner pe toot gaya bat.

Virat: Mera bat? Spinner pe tod diya tune. Kha se toota?

Rinku: Yeh fatt gaya pura idhar se.

Virat: Toh main kya kru bhai?

Rinku: Kuch nhi, main bta raha tha.

Virat: Koi nahi, bata diya tune, badiya hai. Mujhe information nahi chaiye.

Virat: Bekar baat hai yaar

Rinku: Toh bhej rahe ho ap?

Virat: Kisko bhej rahe ho?

Rinku: Lo yaar, rakh lo.

Virat: Ek match pehle le gaya tu bat. Do match mei tujhe do bat du? Teri wajah se meri jo baad mein halat hoti hai na.

Rinku: Aapki kasam kha raha hu mai fir nahi todunga kabhi bat. Toot ke rakhi hai, aapko dikhata hu.

It's unclear yet if Kohli ultimately acceded to Rinku's request.
