COLOMBO: Sri Lanka were 224 for three in their first innings at lunch on Day 3 of the second cricket Test against India at P Sara Oval, here today.

Lahiru Thirimanne (57) and skipper Angelo Mathews (72) were at the crease at the break. Sri Lanka are still 169 runs behind India, who scored 393 in their first innings.
