SRH vs PBKS Playing 11: Will a struggling Sunrisers Hyderabad make changes to the team against Punjab Kings?

A struggling Sunrisers Hyderabad host a high flying Punjab Kings at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium at 7:30 pm on Saturday.

Having lost their last four matches and sitting at the bottom of the points table, SRH will be desperate to turn things around before it gets to late in the season. Their potentially destructive top order of Travis Head, Abhishek Sharma and Ishan Kishan have to fire in order to put on a big total on a good batting surface at home. The middle order of Nitish Kumar Reddy and Heinrich Klaasen, too, have to find form. The bowling department has not looked threatening with pacers Pat Cummins and Mohammed Shami struggling to pick wickets upfront. Harshal Patel could return to the 11 if he is fit. Adam Zampa might also get a look in for Kamindu Mendis.

On the other hand, PBKS, have won three out of their four matches and will want to continue to gain momentum going into the later stages of the tournament. Their top order of Priyansh Arya, Prabhsimran Singh and Shreyas Iyer has performed well, while the concern remains with overseas signings of Glenn Maxwell and Marcus Stoinis. Shahank Singh has also done well down the order. The bowling has looked good with pacers Arshdeep Singh, Marco Jansen and Lockie Ferguson being among wickets. The only worry will be the form of premier leg spinner Yuzvendra Chahal.
