Rohit Sharma, who plays for Mumbai Indians, made 49 off just 27 balls in today's match against Delhi Capitals. Before this innings, Rohit had amassed 977 runs in 33 innings at an average of 32.56, while Kohli had scored 1030 runs in 27 innings, boasting an impressive average of 51.50 against Delhi.
Rohit has also scored over 1000 runs against Kolkata Knight Riders. On the other hand, Kohli has achieved the same feat against Chennai Super Kings. DC's opener David Warner has also scored 1000+ runs against both Punjab Kings and KKR.
During Sunday's match, Delhi won the toss and elected to field first at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Sunday.
