India at Olympics, Day 4 schedule: Shooting finals, Badminton action with Sat-Chi, Ind vs Ire in hockey and more

After a quiet third day in Paris, the Indian contingent will look to chin up and move ahead at the Olympics 2024, as Tuesday marks an important day for disciplines like shooting, archery, badminton and hockey.

Shooters Manu Bhaker and Sarabjot Singh will be facing the South Koreans Oh Ye Jin and Lee Wonho for the bronze medal match of mixed 10m air pistol shooting at 1.00 PM.

Rower Balraj Panwar will also look to qualify for the semifinals in Men's single sculls, scheduled for 1.40 PM.


Shreyasi Singh and Prithviraj Tondaiman will have to go all in to qualify for women and men's trap qualification rounds commencing at 12.30 PM and 1 PM respectively.

Meanwhile, the Indian hockey team will look to continue their momentum as they will be facing the Irish for their third group stage match which is set to begin at 4.45 PM. Last evening's match against Argentina ended in 1-1 draw.

Badminton's ace duo Satwik and Chirag, who have qualified for the quarterfinals, will face Indonesia's M. R. Ardianto
Fajar Alfian at 5.30 PM for their group stage match.

It's a chance for the Indian archers, both men and women, to redeem themselves as they enter in individual rounds. Ankita Bhakat and Bhajan Kaur will be facing Poland's Wioleta Myszor and Indonesia's S.N. Kamal respectively. The matches are scheduled for 5.15 PM.

Some boxing action will also begin Paris as Amit Panghal will feature in round of 16 against Zambia's Patrick Chinyemba at 7.15 PM.
