KKR score 179/6 in a must win encounter against CSK

Kolkata Knight Riders scored 179 for 6 against Chennai Super Kings at the Eden Gardens on Wednesday. Captain Ajinkya Rahane top-scored with 48 runs, while Andre Russell and Manish Pandey chipped in with 38 and 36 not out respectively after KKR opted to bat first.

KKR needs to win the match in order to stay alive in the tournament, while CSK are already knocked out with just two wins in 11 matches.
