JSW Sports bags three-year mandate to run Bengal Pro T20 League

Under the agreement, JSW Sports will oversee the league’s commercialisation, marketing strategy, end-to-end operations and broadcast production, with a focus on delivering a seamless and high-quality experience across stakeholder and fan touchpoints.
The announcement was made at the Season 3 launch event in Kolkata in the presence of CAB president Sourav Ganguly and other office bearers.
The upcoming edition of the Bengal Pro T20 League will also see expansion, with the addition of a ninth franchise, Novus Purulia Royals. The new team joins existing franchises including Sobisco Smashers Malda, Murshidabad Kings & Queens, Adamas Howrah Warriors, Servotec Siliguri Strikers, Shrachi Rarh Tigers, Rashmi Medinipur Wizards and Harbour Diamonds.
The league, which features both men’s and women’s competitions, has been gaining traction as a domestic platform, with growing interest from regional markets and investors.

JSW Sports will work closely with CAB over the next three years to strengthen the league’s ecosystem, drive innovation in broadcast and fan engagement, and unlock new commercial opportunities. The partnership will also focus on building sustainable pathways for talent development, further positioning the Bengal Pro T20 League as a key domestic T20 competition in India.
