The may mean more trouble for Srinivasan, sidelined as BCCI chief until a probe into the allegations is over.

A bench, comprising justice AK Patnaik and FMI Kalifullah, told BCCI counsel: "Should we read out portions of the secret report?" It added: "A judge and two lawyers have given a secret report on allegations," referring to the Mukul Mudgal inquiry panel on the matter.
The bench said this when BCCI counsel C A Sundaram asked it to clarify that Srinivasan only faced allegations of not "acting despite specific knowledge".

The bench reserved orders on the contours of a probe panel to deal with the allegations.
The court wants the Mukul Mudgal panel to probe the allegations, a suggestion the cricket administrator resisted on Tuesday, seeking a fresh panel or a BCCI panel.
If Mudgal is to continue, the BCCI management should be restored and Srinivasan allowed to continue as chief, Sundaram said.
