IPL 2026 RR vs LSG: Rishabh Pant’s Lucknow slump continues as Rajasthan cruise to 40-run victory

Rajasthan Royals secured a commanding 40-run win over Lucknow Super Giants in their IPL clash on Wednesday.

After being put in to bat, RR posted 159/6, with Ravindra Jadeja anchoring the innings with an unbeaten 43 off 29 balls. Lucknow’s bowlers kept things tight, as Mohammed Shami, Prince Yadav and Mohsin Khan picked up two wickets each.

In reply, LSG never got going in the chase of 160 and were bowled out for 119 in 18 overs. Jofra Archer starred with the ball for Rajasthan, returning impressive figures of 3/20 to seal a comfortable victory.
