GT vs DC playing 11
Delhi Capitals host Gujarat Titans in a high stakes clash at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi at 7:30 pm on Sunday.

DC started their campaign with four wins in as many matches, but their campaign has been derailed ever since. They now find themselves in a spot of bother and are placed fifth with 13 points in 11 matches. GT, on the other hand, have an opportunity to go to the top of the table with a win today. They are currently placed second on the points table.

The hosts, led by Axar Patel, will miss ace pacer Mitchell Starc, who has withdrawn from the tournament. His replacement, Mustafizur Rahman, is only likely to fly in on Sunday morning after playing the first T20I for Bangladesh in UAE on Saturday night.

Pre-break, DC had struggled with their top order, having tried and several opening partnerships. Even the position of KL Rahul, their best batter along with Tristan Stubbs, was moved up and down. Ashutosh Sharma had also struggled to provide strong finishes.

On the bowling front, Starc had led from the front and will be a massive miss. The return of Natarajan is a positive. Kuldeep Yadav will have to do much of the heavy lifting for his team.

GT will remain unaffected as all their foreign signings are back and ready to take the field. However, Buttler and Rabada might miss the playoffs owing to national duties.

The top order of GT has been one of the best in the season with the top three of captain Shubman Gill, Sai Sudharsan and Jos Buttler in the top 5 run-getters list. The middle order, however, has no depth and could hurt the team.

The bowling has done well with Prasidh Krishna holding the Purple Cap, while Mohammed Siraj has been excellent. The return of Rabada is a boost for the team. The form of Rashid Khan, however, remains a concern.
