Punjab Kings will look to recover from their first defeat of IPL 2026 when they face Gujarat Titans, who enter the match on the back of two consecutive wins. The contest presents an opportunity for Punjab to regain momentum while Gujarat aim to extend their winning run.

Gujarat Titans may consider bringing back pacer Prasidh Krishna into the playing XI after he was rested in recent matches. If included, Manav Suthar is likely to make way. The team is not expected to make changes to its batting order, although the middle and lower order have raised some concerns.

Punjab Kings are likely to make a forced change with Suryansh Shedge expected to replace the injured Shashank Singh. Apart from this adjustment, no other major changes are anticipated in their batting lineup.
