T BCCI is releasing the schedule in two distinct phases.
This phased approach is a strategic necessity due to the upcoming state assembly elections in West Bengal, Assam, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala.
By announcing only the initial block of fixtures today, the board ensures it can remain agile, coordinating with the Election Commission of India to finalize the latter half of the tournament once polling dates and security logistics for those specific regions are fully locked in.
A resilience-filled run in IPL 2025
The Gujarat Titans enter the 2026 season with the confidence of a team that knows how to thrive under pressure.During the 2025 season, the Titans demonstrated remarkable consistency, finishing third in the league stage with nine wins and 18 points.
It was a campaign defined by individual brilliance and collective grit, highlighted by Sai Sudharsan’s incredible "Orange Cap" performance, as he amassed a staggering 759 runs.
While the team’s journey ended prematurely with a hard-fought loss to Mumbai Indians in the Eliminator, the season proved that the 2022 champions remain one of the most formidable units in the league, capable of dominating any opposition on their day.
