Crunchyroll joins CSA as associate team sponsor for India series

Cricket South Africa (CSA) has named Crunchyroll, the global anime streaming leader, as the Associate Team Sponsor for the Proteas Men’s tour of India scheduled from 14 November to 19 December.

Under the agreement, Crunchyroll branding will appear prominently on the Proteas Men’s jerseys across Test, One Day International (ODI) and Twenty20 (T20) formats. The deal widens Crunchyroll’s global sports footprint and brings the platform into one of the sport’s most watched international contests.

The partnership underscores how anime and cricket, two communities built on emotion, drama and deeply loyal fandoms, are finding natural alignment. It also strengthens Crunchyroll’s strategy of pairing its content with major sports properties across fast growing entertainment markets such as India and South Africa.
