Team India will play all its matches of the Champions Trophy 205 in Dubai, a neutral venue, as the government did not permit the team to travel to Pakistan.

The BCCI had taken the issue to the ICC to find a solution after the permission was denied due to security reasons. Eventually, India's matches were moved to the UAE with one semi-final also set to take place in Dubai. Additionally, if India go all the way, the final will also take place in Dubai.
