CEAT signs bat deal with cricketer Mayank Agarwal

MUMBAI: Tyre maker CEAT has signed bat sponsorship deal with upcoming Indian cricketer Mayank Agarwal. He will now be seen playing with a CEAT bat in all formats of the game.

CEAT, which recently renewed bat deal with Rohit Sharma for another three years, also sponsors Ajinkya Rahane, Ishan Kishan, Shubman Gill and Harmanpreet Kaur.

Agarwal made his mark by becoming the top scorer for India at the 2010 Under-19 World Cup. He scored over a 1000 runs in the 2017-18 Ranji Season, which also earned him the Madhavrao Scindia Award that is presented to the highest run-scorer in the season.


He also made a dream Test debut against Australia during the Border - Gavaskar Series on Boxing Day, December 26, 2018, where he went on to score 76 runs in his first innings of the match.
