Cliodhna of the AIBA legal cell mailed Narsi enquiring about whether Meren Paul and others could hold AGM and national competitions when the body (BI) is provisionally suspended.
Narsi's mailed response which was received yesterday stated:"This is to inform all the stakeholders of Indian Boxing fraternity that AIBA has provisionally suspended Boxing India and it has instructed AdHoc Committee to handle issues related to calling a meeting of all the stakeholders re steps ahead including of holding fresh elections to streamline stalled Indian Boxing operations asap.
