L&T, BAE Systems begin production of BVS 10 Sindhu ATVs for Indian Army’s Ladakh operations

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) and BAE Systems have begun production of BvS 10 Sindhu all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) for the Indian Army. Designed to operate in challenging terrains, the vehicles are intended to support military operations in high-altitude areas such as Ladakh, where extreme weather and difficult landscapes pose logistical challenges. The production marks a step in strengthening the Indian Army’s mobility capabilities in strategically important border regions.
