EAM Jaishankar at UN: 'After 8 decades of UN, world seeing weaponisation of everything'

External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar, addressing the 81st UN General Assembly in New York, said that after eight decades of the United Nations, the world is instead witnessing the “weaponisation of everything.” He pointed to finance, market access, supply chains, technology, resources and connectivity increasingly being used as leverage.
