Cuban delegation walks out after Trump calls country a ‘failed state’ at UNGA
Cuba’s delegation walked out of the UN General Assembly during President Donald Trump’s address after he called the country an “absolutely failed state” and said its government would fall. Trump also said his administration was seeking “fundamental change” in Cuba, while Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel later reaffirmed Cuba’s sovereignty.
