‘Banking for Viksit Bharat’: Govt to form high-powered committee for reforms, says FM Sitharaman
Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced that the government will form a high-powered committee to recommend reforms for India’s banking sector under the vision of “Banking for Viksit Bharat.” The initiative aims to strengthen financial institutions, improve efficiency, support economic growth and prepare India’s banking system for future challenges.
