Laurus Labs on Friday said it has signed an agreement to invest in Immunoadoptive Cell Therapy Private Limited (ImmunoACT), that's developing an indigenous CAR T-cell therapy for cure of specific types of blood cancers.
Laurus Labs on Friday said it has signed an agreement to invest in Immunoadoptive Cell Therapy (ImmunoACT), an IIT-Bombay incubated company that's developing an indigenous CAR T-cell therapy for curing specific types of blood cancers.

The company will acquire 26.62% stake (fully diluted basis) in ImmunoACT for a cash consideration of approximately ₹46 crore, subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions.

The senior management of Laurus Labs would pick up a 5.64% stake in ImmunoACT at the same price and terms, spending approximately ₹9.75 crore.
