After Chandrayaan-3, now Japanese Space Agency launches SLIM probe for 'Moon Sniper' mission

Japan launched 'Moon Sniper' a lunar exploration spacecraft, on September 7, 2023, with the aim of becoming the world's fifth country to land on the Moon. Japan's Smart Lander for Investigating Moon (SLIM) was successfully released from a rocket at Tanegashima Space Center.
