Modi’s demonitisation had been a big failure and Achhe Din never came. He promised two crore jobs every year, but nothing happened. He promised to end the problems of farmers, but they sat on a dharna for one whole year. Wide media publicity had been Modi’s strength, the CM said. When his regime announced welfare guarantees, the PM warned the states would go bankrupt after implementing them, but “he copied the guarantees in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Delhi. When Modi was the chief minister of Gujarat, he campaigned for devolution of 50% of central taxes to states, but forgot about it after he became the PM.
