GANDHINAGAR: UP CM Yogi Adityanath, who landed in Gujarat on Friday, attacked Rahul Gandhi, saying wherever Congress vicepresident had gone to campaign, the party had lost elections. Speaking at Valsad, Adityanath said: Even after ruling Amethi for 14 years, Rahul Gandhi did not facilitate a building for the collectorate.

People who couldn’t build a collectorate in Amethi after ruling there for three generations, what development will they bring to Gujarat?” With BJP in Gujarat smarting under the ‘Vikas Gando Thayo Chhe’ (development has gone crazy) campaign, Adityanath alleged that Congress has been a supporter of ‘vinash’ (destruction) and not ‘vikash’ (development).

Adityanath claimed “over the last two decades per capita income of Gujarat has gone up from Rs 14,000 to Rs 1,41,000 and it is the most-developed state in the country.
