Yashwant Sinha targets Narendra Modi for parochial approach
NEW DELHI: BJP leader Yashwant Sinha questioned the region-specific rescue operations undertaken by CMs, a veiled reference to Narendra Modi’s rescue of Gujaratis.

Speaking to TV channels, he said, “If one is a national leader, then he should be concerned about everyone from any part of the country.” He said if he was rescuing a person from Jharkhand and next to him was a Bengali or a person from another state, he would not leave him to his fate. BJP had earlier clarified that Modi had never claimed to have rescued 15,000 Gujaratis and that the unseemly controversy was being thrust upon them.
