Arun Jaitley, Ravi Shankar prasad attack Rahul Gandhi
Twitter was once again the playing field for the Congress and the BJP leaders today, a day after the World Bank released its report.

Gandhi put out a tweet in Urdu, taking off from a famous Mirza Ghalib couplet to say the Union finance minister was deluding himself. “Sabko maloom hai ‘ease of doing business’ ki haqeeqat, lekin khud ko khush rakhne ke liye ‘Dr Jaitley’ ye khayal achha hai (everybody knows the reality of ease of doing business, but this thought, Dr Jaitley, is good to keep yourself happy).”
Hitting back, Jaitley said UPA’s “ease of doing corruption” has been replaced by NDA’s “ease of doing business”. “The difference between the UPA and NDA — ‘ The ease of doing corruption has been replaced by the ease of doing business’,” he said in his tweet.
Prasad said at a press conference in the Capital: “Does he (Rahul) think the World Bank is also acting under our pressure? As someone who is going to head a party soon he must show respect for institutions and not undermine them.”
Prasad added: “AajkalRahul ji har cheez par rai rakh rahe hain, jo kuch bachta hai wo Pidi (Gandhi’s pet dog ) se rakhwa rahe hain. (Nowadays, Rahul is speaking on all issues and whatever is left out, he is letting his pet dog Pidi speak).” He further said “if Rahul thinks Pidi is better at communicating than him, then it evidently shows where Congress party is headed”.
