Will ‘Panama Therapy’ be effective enough for CBI's autonomy
The government and CBI have been at loggerheads in the Supreme Court on the issue of autonomy.

The two main protagonists of the fight, CBI Director Ranjit Sinha and DoPT Secretary SK Sarkar, were, ironically, away together for a week to Panama for a UN meet on anti-corruption and returned together on Monday.

Here’s hoping that they may have resolved some of their differences after both the CBI and DoPT filed strong affidavits in the Supreme Court against each other.
