Wife, brother of Dy CMO Sachan depose before CJM
The wife and the brother of deputy CMO Y S Sachan on Monday deposed before the Chief Judicial Magistrate conducting inquiry the case.

LUCKNOW: The wife and the brother of deputy CMO Y S Sachan on Monday deposed before the Chief Judicial Magistrate conducting inquiry into the mysterious death of the health department official in a jail here.
"Malti Sachan and R K Sachan, who were summoned earlier, appeared before the CJM Rajesh Upadhayaya this morning and recorded their statements," official sources said here.
The CJM had on Friday summoned the family members of Dr Sachan, who died under mysterious circumstances inside the Lucknow jail hospital on June 22 night, for recording their statements in connection with the ongoing judicial probe.
In the autopsy report nine injury marks were detected on his neck, elbows, thigh and left wrist.
52-year-old Sachan was the main accused in the murder of Chief Medical Officer (Family Welfare) B P Singh, who was shot dead by unidentified persons on April 2.
