What PM Narendra Modi said at the CM’s conference, and what he did not
There were many highlights from the Prime Minister’s conference with CM’s on Monday, government sources say.

What PM did not say
- ·India's economy is doing well - the discussion on the economy was extensive and not about one line.
- PM never said the peak will come in July or June.
- ·PM also did not say companies are going to leave China and that states should be ready to welcome them
What PM said
PM said the key is to think of ways to energise the economy and reforms. He praised Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot for some labour reforms
PM was happy that now, people are not only downloading Aarogya Setu and at the same time filling in details themselves like symptoms, cough and cold. This, he said, is a welcome sign
This was the fourth meeting with each meeting last nearly four hours. So the PM-CM conversations through VC have totally been more than 15 hours
In the last V-C, 13 out of the 15 CMs who spoke were non-BJP
North eastern CMs- Conrad Sangma and Zoramthanga praised the PM a lot. Conrad said that a strong leadership, capable administration, disciplined society will surely help us overcome the crisis. Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik praised India's united approach.
PM said that those CMs he could not speak to today, he will call them sooner than later. This is something he has always been doing.
