Civic experts V Ravichandar and Rejeet Mathews of World Resources Institute have pointed out to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Bengaluru City Development Minister K J George the shortcomings in the existing master plan process and that Bengaluru should move towards strategic spatial planning.
