​BJP sources said on Friday that Amit Shah’s visit before April’s civic elections will boost up the morale of the party activists.

KOLKATA: Within two months, BJP president Amit Shah will visit West Bengal again on January 20 to hold meetings with the state party leaders before April civic polls in the state. On the same day, he will address a public meeting at Burdwan.

Shah visited Kolkata for the last time on November 30 last year when he addressed a huge gathering of the party near the Victoria House. Mamata has decided to hold elections to the Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) and elections to about 90 other civic bodies in April.

BJP sources said on Friday that Shah’s visit before April’s civic elections will boost up the morale of the party activists.
