West Bengal BJP leaders chalk out future strategy in face of continuous exodus

The leaders and MLAs openly objected to the party's strategies in the meet, over selection and nomination of candidates, and the situation blew out of hands, following which Amit Malviya had to intervene, party sources said.
BJP state President Sukanta Majumdar, West Bengal co-in-charge Amit Malviya, National Vice-President Dilip Ghosh, MP Locket Chatterjee among others, were present at the meeting.
“I would urge all the party workers to work hard and then we will be able to oust Trinamool Congress in 2026 assembly polls,” Sukanta Majumdar said in the meeting, adding CPI-M is acting hand-in hand with Trinamool and the later is helping CPI-M in rigging and other activities.
Meanwhile, Leader of Opposition Suvendu Adhikari was absent from the meeting, sparking speculations.
