We will waive off farmers' debt if voted to power: BJP

While addressing a public rally, Chief of Bharatiya Janata Party or BJP Rajnath Singh on September 7 said his party would waive off farmers' debt if voted to power.

GHAZIABAD/JAMMU: General elections in India are due in 2009 and BJP is not leaving any stone unturned, to return back to power under the leadership of Lal Krishna Advani. And so while addressing a public rally, Chief of Bharatiya Janata Party or BJP Rajnath Singh on September 7 said his party would waive off farmers' debt if voted to power.
Meanwhile another BJP leader demanded timely provincial polls in Jammu and Kashmir.
